Do you know a recipe w/ chicken stuffed w/avocado?

I cannot remember the name of thisrecipe. I found it in the 2001 annual. I think it is from Jan or Feb '00. Has anyone made this recipe? Was it good? It has a spanish or mexican flair. TIA
