Here's one from 1993...

Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS FOR 9 SERVINGS:
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1 cup nonfat sour cream alternative
2 tablespoons dark rum
1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 (8-ounce) package Nefuchatel cheese
1-1/4 cups hot water
1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso coffee granules
40 ladyfingers
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa

INSTRUCTIONS:
Process first 6 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, set aside.

Combine hot water and espresso granules in a small bowl. Split ladyfingers in
half lengthwise. Quickly dip 20 ladyfinger halves, cut side down, into
espress; place, dipped side down, in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking
dish. Dip 20 more ladyfinger halves, cut side down, into espresso; arrange
dipped side down, ot top of first layer. Spread 2 cups cheese mixture evenly
over ladyfingers; repeat procedure with remaining ladyfinger halves, espresso
and cheese mixture.

Place one toothpick in each corner and one in the center of tiramisu (to
prevent plastic wrap from sticking to cheese mixture); cover with plastic
wrap. Refrigerate 3 to 8 hours. Remove toothpicks, sprinkle with cocoa.

Yield: 9 servings (serving size: 1 [3-inch] square piece)

INGREDIENTS FOR 8 SERVINGS:
2/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 (8-ounce) tub reduced fat cream cheese
1-1/2 cups frozen reduced calorie whipped topping, thawed and divided
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3 egg whites
1/2 cup hot water
1 tblsp sugar
1 tblsp instant espresso coffee granules
2 tblsp. kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur
20 ladyfingers
1/2 tsp. usweetened cocoa

INSTRUCTIONS:
Try freezing Triamisu for two hours before serving so it will cut cleanly.

Combine powedered sugar and cream cheese in a bowl, and beat at high speed of
a mixer until well-blended. Gently fold 1 cup whipped topping into the cheese
mixture.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar and next 2 ingredients in the top of adouble boiler;
place over simmering water. Beat at high speed of a mixer until stiff peaks
form. Gently stir one-fourth of egg white mixture into cheese mixture.
Gently fold iin remaining egg white mixture; set aside.

Combine hot water and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Split the ladyfingers in
half lengthwise. Arrange 20 ladyfinger halves, cut sides up, in the bottom of
an 8-inch square baking dish. Drizzle half of the espresso mixture over
ladyfinger halves. Spread half of cheese mixture over ladyfinger halves;
repeat procedure with the remaining ladyfinger halves, espresso mixture, and
cheese mixture. Spread reamaining 1/2 cup whipped topping evenly over cheese
mixture; sprinkle with cocoa.

Place one toothpick in each corner and in center of Tiramisu to prevent
plastic wrap from sticking to whipped topping' cover with plastic wrap. Chill
2 hours.

Yield: 8 servings (serivng size: 1 [4 x 2-inch] piece)

The new "The Complete Cooking Light Cookbook" has a recipe for tiramasu, it doesn't say what year it's from but the book is a collection of recipes from the past 13 years so it may be the one you're lloking for. Let me know if you would like it posted.
