As one suffering from BB withdrawal, I thank you. When trying to post and being told I was on "banlist", I was a little worried I had done something wrong, until I noticed noone was posting! Is is a sign of a good website to be considered worthy of being hacked into?

You may feel free to email me, however, I cannot access company email over the weekends. I do check the site on weekends from home so I am most likely already aware of the bigger, obvious issues (like this past weekend) by the time I get the emails.

So, if you can post to the boards, use the tech support board. it's sometimes hard to find tech-related posts within the Great Food board.

If you are unable to post, use my email address or if it's a general problem with the site, try our Customer Service department: cookinglight@spc.com

Here is a copy of the announcement I've made on all of our boards:

First, let me say thank you all for your patience during this time of transition for us. Our boards and website have become so popular and we're making a lot of changes to help improve their performance.

As most of you know, the boards have been down since Friday afternoon. Here's why:

A hacker entered our site on Friday morning and luckily he made very little modification.
However, due to this, we had to up the security level which in turn, caused some of the files needed to generate posts on our bulletin boards to be inaccessible.

We've found a way to fix and the boards are now functioning.

Again, thanks all and have a great week.
