Saffron Cookies recipe??

After watching a NZ foodie program over the weekend, I'm looking to try out Saffron Cookies - they showed some biscuits on the program, but didn't offer a recipe. Does anyone out there have a low-fat recipe for Saffron Cookies - or a recipe for a fairly simple cookie that could have saffron added?
