i know that this sounds silly, since the english like roast beef with yorkshire pudding. Yorkshire pudding has the pan dripping from the beef. Can you ever do that to roast chicken. I know it sounds silly, but it is one of those questions you are to embarrased to ask. thanks

I usually make Yorkshire pudding with butter and not beef drippings because I like to serve them with other meats but I would think the drippings from chicken would be fine just may alter the flavor some.
