I was looking for something quick and easy to bake to have with coffee after the kids soccer practices this evening. I came across the Cranberry-Orange Tea Cake from March 2001 (pg. 184).
I couldn't resist, and cut off a piece. It is really good. I looked for reviews and hadn't found any. If you overlooked it the first time around, like I did, maybe you may want to consider. It is less a cake, more like a bread. It's quite dense too. Only 2.9 gm of fat too.
