Just thought I would turn some of you onto a great cooking chat that occurs weekly (every Tuesday at noon, et, I believe) on www.washingtonpost.com--go (http://www.washingtonpost.com--go) to the "live online" section and hit "this week's schedule". Though this week's chat is already over, you can still bring up the entire transcript. Kim O'Donnell is the host and has lots of great healthy eating ideas and a really fresh outlook on cooking. It's another forum for cooking junkies.

Thanks for the great suggestion and link to Kim O'Donnel's On-line forum...I read through this weeks transcript, which includes lots of super ideas...Just what I need. I will be sure to try to join-in when I can. Have you ever posted??
