This was very good!! I made it before aerobics to eat after aerobics and I thought I'd try a bite before dashing off to class--well, I couldn't just eat one bite--I took a few forks full. :D

The only modification I made was omitting the Canadian bacon as I wanted it to serve as a main vegetarian dish for me and have as a side for my boyfriend and his steak. I had to use regular adobo and canned chopped chilis because my grocery store did not have the adobo chili combination called for. My boyfriend commented that it was good, but a bit too spicy for him. I thought it was great the way it was, but next time I'll use a 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.

Angela,

Thanks for the review - this is one I am planning on making. DH loves spicy food, so I think it will go over good with him. Now, my young daughters I am not so sure about. Looks like they'll have yet another chicken patty!!:o

This dish was pretty good, but nothing all that special. I found it to be a little gluey. It wasn't awful, but I probably won't make again.
