I have a question about being a member versus being a junion member, etc... How is this assigned? What is the criteria?

p.s. I took out mahi mahi to cook tonight. Any good lowfat recipes?

You "graduate" to member status once you hit 50 posts. You can look and see how many posts you have by clicking on the icon with the face by the person's name/post.

I haven't decided whether it's a good or bad thing to be a member - those of us who are members are generally addicted to this board! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif

Hey Shirley - I resent that! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif

acorreia - About the mahi-mahi - we made a Caesar Mahi-Mahi from a 1999 issue (maybe June 1999?). It was good, with a flavorful, creamy sauce, but I'm not sure that we'll repeat it. Here it is:

Caesar Mahi-Mahi
1/4 cup fat free yogurt
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons low fat buttermilk
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons worstershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 cloves garlic (minced)
4 mahi-mahi fish filets

Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag and add fish. Marinate in refrigerator. Cook under broiler until cooked
all the way through (careful to watch it doesn't burn if too close to the broiler). Baste with reserved
marinade.
