Review: Pork w/Curried Orange Sauce 9/01

I would serve this to company!
It has a wonderful blend of flavors that are sweet, slightly hot, and curry all at the same time. Tastes like a Thai dish.
Very easy and quick to make - and pretty on the plate too.
The sauce is good on other meats too.
Has anyone tried it on fish?

I've made this dish too and really enjoyed it. I hadn't using fish. It sounds like a great idea.
