Agh! I'm making this dish from the Sept issue tonight and planned to stop at the store to pick up a few ingredients. Of course I forgot to bring the magazine with me to work. Anybody have it handy? Would you mind typing in just the ingredients? I know I need mushrooms, but can't remember what else. Cheese maybe? Thanks for your help. I'll post a review if I ever get it made.

Here's the ingredient list:
olive oil
diced carrot
diced onion
flour
1% milk
fat free chicken broth
mushrooms
dry sherry
salt and pepper
6 chicken breast halves
cooked spaghetti
fresh parsley
breadcrumbs
parmesan

Ingredients:
Olive oil
3/4 cup diced carrots
1/3 diced onions
2 T flour
2 cups 1% milk
1 -16oz- can fat-free, less sodium chicken broth
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup dry sherry
salt/pepper
6 (4oz) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
12 oz uncooked spaghetti
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

we really enjoyed this one! the september issue is the best ever!
chicken noodle soup
pan-seared chicken with peppers and cilantro sauce
thai-style pork stew
(i think those were all september...hmmm)
