Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Anyone out there try the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Leeks and Apples? It's from the April 2000 issue (the one with the yummy-looking pound cake on the cover). I'm thinking about making it tomorrow night for some friends and would appreciate any feedback you all might have....

I tried this one back in May. Hubby really liked it! I like cooking with leeks and apples and it was a nice change from my usual chicken dishes.

Thanks guys! I'm new to this, and I just realized that I could search on "Parmesan Chicken" and find all the references to it that have been posted thus far. Duhhh...In any case, from what I've read, it looks like a great recipe. I'll let you know how it goes! Thanks again.
