I am using a great book called "Yoga for Wimps, poses for the flexiby impaired".

I give it two thumbs up.

does anyone remember or know the name of the books in the dec 99 issue about yoga. i am hoping to get into yoga. as a college student i need a balance between school and home. thanks matt stewart
