I just purchased an ice cream maker and have really been enjoying the ice cream. I'm looking for frozen yogurt recipes. I didn't find any on CL's site so I was hoping some of you would have some. Feel free to email me. Thanks. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Lori, here's a link to an ice cream website called "The Ice Cream Parlor".
www.dsuper.net/~zaz/icecream/frame.html (http://www.dsuper.net/~zaz/icecream/frame.html)

They have several frozen yogurt recipes. Even if you don't find exactly what you're looking for, you could probably modify one from this site. I would suggest you also try SOAR; they have TONS of recipes. Good luck!

This isn't frozen yogurt, but a frozen tofu ice cream. We just made the recipe tonight, but used marionberries (blackberries) instead of strawberries. Mmmmmm!! The base would probably work well with just about any frozen berry. Plus, this is a very tasty way to get more soy into your diet, which has come up several times on other threads. Enjoy!

Strawberry Tofu Ice Cream

1 pkg soft tofu, drained (I used lite firm tofu)
~12oz frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 c sugar
1/2 c plain soy milk (I used nf vanilla)
2 T lemon juice
1 T vanilla

Puree all ingredients in two batches. Freeze according to your ice cream maker manufacturer's directions. For extra flavor, fold in 1+ cups fresh berries when soft-frozen.
