I rarely eat pork but saw the recipe for Pork Piccata in the October 2001 Cooking Light. I love Chicken Piccata so I thought I would try this. Has anyone already tried it? What did you think?

There is a thread with a review on this recipe. I made it last night and thought it was ourstanding. I used pork tenderloin and sliced it thinly. It was so tender and flavorful, it reminded me of veal. Do give it a try!
