Since I have seen some recent postings on meatless food products (tofu and TVP) I thought I would tell you all about my favorite meatless product: TUNO.

Tuno is a meatless tuna substitute. It has no tuna, fish or meat products in it. It is distributed by worthington foods and I have only bought it by the case via mail order. I also saw that nomeat.com sells it by the can.

For those of you interested in eating more vegetarian foods, this is one food I would recommend trying. You wouldn't believe the taste of tuno, especially prepared w/ mayo or nayonaise in a sandwich.

Not to be silly but what is in TUNO? Just really curious!
