I made the BBQ Chicken Potpie (CL MAKE IT AHEAD) today and it is very soupy. I plan to bake it tomorrow night. Is it too late to thicken it up with something, or will baking it longer help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I would hate for this not to turn out-it smells great and I had to buy so many ingredients to make this!!

By soupy, do you mean watery? I haven't made this, but a lot of BB'ers have...what is the 'soup' made of? If nothing else I would think that you could mix a bit of cornstarch and water and stir it into the dish providing you haven't laid the cornbread twist-topping to it yet, and when it bubbles in the oven the cornstarch should do its thing to thicken it! :)

also if you don't have it in the casserole dish yet, you can put the mixture in a saute pan over the stove for a bit...it should cook down and thicken up.
