Hello,
I just started using rice-cooking wine in my salsa recipe, but I am not sure how to properly store this. The bottle doesn’t indicate storing the wine in the refrigerator. As for right now, I will store it in the pantry.

Let me know your opinions, Karen

We use rice wine all the time for cooking in stir-frys (my husband is Asian). We just keep the bottle on top of the fridge with the rest of our oils, etc. His family keeps their bottles at room temp, too. We haven't had a problem with this, and usually make it through a bottle every couple of months.
