I want to try the Easy Corn Pudding, but I don't buy the fake eggs. How does 1/4 cup egg subtitute translate into real eggs? Do I just crack it into the measuring cup and see? Could I use 1/4 cup of whites only?

1/4 cup egg sub is = to 1 whole egg or 2 egg whites. Good luck!

Thanks -- I'm going to write that down in front of my recipe file so I don't forget!

I just crack egg whites into a measuring cup until I get the amount called for. It typically would be 2 egg whites, but I can't ever remember specific substitutions and i'm sure I couldn't find the sticky note when I needed it!
BTW, the corn pudding is great!
