I am looking for dinner recipes - ones that can be pre-made and frozen without losing flavour & nutrition. Help!

Alisa,
I don't have any specific recipes to give to you right now, but this is a FAQ on this site! I know if you look through the archives
of recipes/posted topics on this site, you will find so many you won't know what to do with them all. Alot of people have posted many ideas about that very question, so you should check them out. Good luck. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif Zinnia

I've been very into cooking ahead and freezing lately. These are things that have worked well for me: veggie lasagna (wonderful!), spaghetti pie (May issue?), penne with green beans and breadcrumbs (Sept. issue)

I also froze a stirfry but if you look at the 'tofu question' thread, you'll see that didn't turn out too great. I'm planning to make lindrusso's chicken florentine casserole soon as well as some of the casseroles in the recent issues.

When I've been freezing, I usually cook it and then divide it into little tupperware containers and freeze it in serving sizes (good portion control too!). so far, its worked great for me! I highly recommend it--I'm super busy and its great to know that you have healthy, homecooked meals just waiting for you in the freezer!

Good luck and post again if you have any questions. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif I also agree with Zinna on the search--there have been a few threads about cooking ahead etc.
