Yummy desserts

I made the rhubarb cake from the homepage of this site. Easy and yummy! Also made the peanut butter-chocolate brownies from June 2000 issue - I can't believe it's a light recipe - excellent!

I made the rhubarb cake too (at least I think it's the same one - mine came from the magazine a month or two ago). I thought it was great! It's nice to find more recipes using rhubarb - usually I'm really sick of rhubarb crisp by the end of the season!

I love rhubarb and the rhubarb cake was great! Rhubarb and strawberries mean summer is here and both are a must every year.

I LOVE the peanut butter chocolate chip brownies. Can not tell you the amount of times I have made them and it's only July!
You would probably like the Peanut Butter Banana Pie in July too!

You have to try the PB Banana Pie it is so good. Also the German Choc. Bundt Cake from Sept.2000 is great and so moist. Two thumbs up!
