I've got a bunch of new recipes marked to try this week. I started with the ooey brownies and have read the post on that as well as the pork chop suey.
However, I haven't seen anything on the following recipes:
Spaghetti and Meatballs
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Spicy Soba Noodles w/Chicken in PB sauce
German Chocolate Cheesecake - August issue
I tried the Spinach, Onion and Feta Pie from the August issue yesterday and thought it was a bust. The hash browns with a crust was too much and there wasn't enough flavor, even with the feta!
Thanks for your feedback

I have made the spaghetti and meatballs. I added crushed red pepper for a little spice. It is good and freezes well.

Shoyski,
There are some reviews on the Spicy Soba Noodles with Chicken under the September Reviews thread (currently on page #3 of the bulletin board). Mine was among them. Basically, I gave it a good review. You might want to check that thread out for more information.

I am not sure where these reviews are, but I did see a positive reviews for both spaghetti and meatballs and the german chocolate cheesecake. The cheesecake one may have been under the cheesecake thread. Whoever posted it said the cheesecake was a big hit at a birthday party.

Okay, as you all know, the Chop Suey is great and the Spag and Meatballs is pretty good. The German Chocolate Cheesecake is my husband's second favorite out of all the cheesecakes so far. However, the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio is so, so, so boring, we had to add some Parmesan cheese. It doesn't even come close to being worth the effort, which wasn't a lot to begin with. The Soba Noodles will have to wait for another week as we ran out of time for new recipes this week.

What a disappointment on the Spaghetti Aglio Olio. I had been looking forward to trying it. Sometimes I think you just can't take a full of fat recipe and lighten it. Bummer.

I (correction my SO) made the tomato sauce from the spaghetti and meatballs recipe. I used it on spaghetti squash and grilled veggies (eggplant, mushrooms, and zucchini). It was great. You can't beat the low calories and fat.
