I'm pretty happy about these two things and wanted to share!!
On Monday, 4 of us are going to have lunch at the local culinary institute. A very fancy-pants lunch, and so fun to be served by the students. Here's the menu:
Bruschette Canapés
Onion Gratinee with Gruyere Cheese
Baked Fresh Pacific Northwest Salmon Fillets with Béarnaise Sauce, Vegetable Jardiniere and Bulger
Decadent Chocolate Mousse with Macaroon Cookies
Freshly Baked Whole Wheat Bread
The best part: cost per person = $8.50 :D :D :D
THEN...
Two weeks from tomorrow I'm taking an all-day gourmet chocolate making class with a good friend!! I thought I was going to miss it, I had a conflict with the date, but they added this second class, so I'm IN! I can't wait!!!
Just had to share these two happy things with my good friends here!
PS: Pork tenderloin supper-book-club is tonight... wish me luck!
