Chicken Tetrazzini or Chicken Scampi?

I was going to make the Spicy Bistro Steak Sub from the new Superfast supplement but, since I never made it out to pick up roast beef, I guess I'll make it tomorrow instead. So.....I've narrowed down my choices for tonight to either Chicken Tetrazzini or Chicken Scampi. Anyone tried either of these and care to swing me in one direction or the other? I'd appreciate the help. I'm the worst at making decisions!:o One thing to note is that I wasn't crazy about the Spaghetti pie so if the Chicken Tetrazzini is like that, I'm not sure how I'll feel. Thanks for the help!

I haven't tried either, sorry. But I wanted to say the spicy steak sub sounds great. Let us know how that turns out.

Never had CL's version of The Tetrizini, but it was my favorite comfort food as a child!

I decided on the Tetrazzini. I ended up making a different one (not the CL one) that was posted on this BB. I think Holly in KC posted it and it was from a book called Jim Fobel's Casseroles. Very tasty! I'll still make the Scampi another time cause it sounds good too.

Katygirl, I'll let you know about the spicy steak sub. It sounds really yummy so I'm hoping it'll be good! I'm gonna make it with my homemade oven-baked onion rings. It's sad when I'm already looking forward to dinner tomorrow night at 9:30 the night before! :D
