Mad Hunt for Salad Roll Recipe

I am looking for a recipe for Salad rolls and there wonderful dipping sauce. We had them in a Vietnamese restaurant and loved them.

are these like vietnamese spring rolls? I've never heard of salad rolls and go to a lot of Vietnamese spots...

Are they fried or not? What type of filling? Veggies mainly with a little pork?

Oooh the link someone just posted sounds great--that's what our vietnamese restaurants call spring rolls and ours use the peanut dipping sauce. Yum!

Thanks for the link, it sounds wonderful!! I dont think they would be that hard to make. Salad Rolls are in a rice wrapper with vermecelli, shrimp and sometimes pork, cucumbers, and lettuce inside served with a hoisin sauce (I think) dipping sauce. Spring rolls are the deep fried rolls.
