I am in search of a good portobello stew recipe. I found just one on this site, but I'm interested in seeing some others, especially those which may be done in a slow cooker.
Also--if I have a good slow cooker stew recipe that calls for beef, and I want to substitute these mushrooms, at what point during the slow cooking process should I add them? I was pretty sure they wouldn't need to be in there as long as the beef would!
