Here goes:
hot. Add chicken; saute' 5 minuetes or until done. Add bok choy, mushroos, and mango; saute' 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce mixture. Bring to a boil, cook for 1 miute or until slightly thick. Serve over rice.
Yield 4 servings (serving size: 1 1/4 cups chicken mixture and 1 cup rice).
