Banana Maple Ice Cream

Hi - I made this ice cream from Sept2000 last night and my husband and I loved it. I thought it was a tad heavy on the maple flavor, but overall a good creamy consistency which I crave. For those of you who've got the ice cream makers that you freeze the bucket, this recipe is a snap to make. Anyone else tried it?

I am working on it right now. The custard is cooling. I have one of those freezers that you keep the bucket frozen too. I love it. I'll post tomorrow what we think of it.
