I wanted to give another good review of this dish -- really flavorable and not salty at all! Plus, it was relatively easy to make and not quite as time-consuming preparation as other stir-fries. One note: the recipe suggested stir-frying the pork for 3 minutes or "until browned." I ended up stir-frying the pork for about 8 minutes. I wonder if I hadn't gotten the oil hot enough or if I cut the pork in pieces that were bigger than specified in the recipe?

I thought the pork pieces sounded too big, so I probably quartered the size. Seems like it said cut into one inch pieces. I but in half inch pieces and then cut those halves in two. We also liked this recipe alot.

I made that recipe for the first time this week after reading all of the great reviews. I had the same issue with the Pork pieces being too large. Next time I will make them smaller. I thought all of the ingredients were great and flavorful, but the sauce was a little bland for me. My husband loved it, and thought it was even better for lunch the next day. I added a little hot chili oil to mine, to give it some punch.
