i planned on making the pork tenderloin with costa rican coffee glaze for dinner tonight, but i just realized that i am out of propane for the grill.
do you guys think that i can bake the pork tenderloin and baste it in the oven?
if so, what should the oven be set to and how long will i need to cook a 1 pd. tenderloin? thanks so much!

Jen, I would try broiling it. Many recipes say to, "grill or broil". That should work just fine. It will probably take just about as long as it would to grill it. Hope that helps.
