Several months ago I made a salad that I thought was from C/L. All I remember is that it had hearts of palm and halved cherry tomatoes. It was so good that I bought more hearts of palm to make it again...except I can't find it anywhere. I thought maybe it was one of those add-in side dishes that are not listed in the index, but so far, no luck. Does anyone remember where this is?
