ISO:Salt Crusted Fish Recipe

Hi, Jewels thread about salt crusted beef reminded me of a recipe I saw once about salt crusted fish. My DH= and his brother and I have been talking about making this for some time. I copied the recipe at the time, but can't locate it.

I searched these threads, the CL recipe search, and the FoodTV site. If someone has a recipe they could share or another link to different web site I'd appreciate it.:D
