Zuchini Help !!

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me. I have an over abundance of zuchini from my garden, and with my neighbors now evading me for fear they may get more , I am in a dilema. Is there anyway I can freeze the fresh zuchini that I have? Is there anything special I need to do to it before I freeze it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Melinda,
I have never done this, but I have heard of people freezing shredded zucchini in portion-sized ziploc baggies very successfully to be used in baking/cooking.
