Yikes. This goes with the "if you could only choose one meal" thread. At least I didn't post it on somewhere like the "Healthy Living" board.
Not to worry. I can't tell you how many times I've done the same thing. I just always proofread before moving on.
I promise not to tell if you choose to go back into your first entry and delete the whole thing.

Step One: Get in Car
Step Two: Drive to local H.E.B.
Step Three: Buy Red Velvet Cake!
Our local H.E.B. grocery store makes the best red velvet cake around! I have made it myself (recipe is below), but H.E.B's is better. If you don't have H.E.B. in your area, then another good bet is the Dunkin Hines. It's surprisingly good. But here is the scratch recipe I use if you hate box cakes.
Red Velvet Cake
2-¼ cups All-purpose flour, sifted
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Cocoa
2 1-ounce Bottles of red food coloring (Yes, 2 ounces)
½ cup Crisco or other vegetable shortening
1-½ cups Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 cup Buttermilk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon White vinegar
1 teaspoon Baking soda
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
Combine the sifted flour and salt, and set aside.
Put the cocoa in a small glass bowl, and add the food coloring gradually, stirring until mixture is smooth. Set aside.
Cream together the shortening and sugar, beating for 4 or 5 minutes at medium speed in your electric mixer until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating for at least 30 seconds after each addition.
At low speed of your mixer, add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture alternately with the buttermilk and vanilla, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary. Add the cocoa/food coloring mixture, mixing until color of batter is uniform. Do not overbeat; overbeaten cake batter will result in a tough cake. Turn off your mixer.
In a small bowl, mix the vinegar with the baking soda. It will foam up. Stir it briefly to mix, and then add it to the cake batter, folding it in to incorporate well, but do not beat.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pans, and bake in a 350°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. Allow layers to cool on a rack for 10 minutes before turning out. Let cake cool completely before frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting
1/2 cup butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Softend butter and cream cheese. Beat in sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth. If you love frosting, double the recipe.

H.E.B. is located in Texas and maybe in some other southwest states. Also, Red Velvet Cake happens to be a southern dessert. The recipe I gave you is the "standard". One thing I did was substitute Butter Flavored Crisco for regular crisco. This gave the cake a little extra flavor.
My mother and I eat almost the same foods every single day with only a few exceptions and treats. We often wonder if it can lead to health problems, but we're so used to what we eat, little else seems more appealing.
