This week I made the "Chicken Stew with Tomatoes and Cannelli Beans" that you posted a couple of weeks ago. It was quite good. Instead of bacon, I used pancetta, which doesn't seem to have as much fat. I also split the chicken between thighs and breasts. You said you didn't think it was all that light, but all of the ingredients seem pretty healthy and lean to me. I'll definitly make it again.
