does someone know the difference between rissoto and orzo.

is it just a shape thing? is it the simple difference of preferring linguine over angel hair pasta?

Rizotto is a rice and orzo is a pasta.

Ditto what funnybone said. Orzo looks like little grains of rice, but it's pasta. And risotto is a dish that you make with arborio rice, which is a short-grained rice. Two totally different things.

One's a dish made with rice, another is a pasta that is sometimes used to mimic rice.
