Hi! I am having my new in-laws for dinner next week and I was a good girl and did a search (pat me on the back :D ) and there weren't any reviews. Are these good/ worth my time/ or is there something much better? I want to look like a star b/c my FIL and I have a different relationship (well, no different than some on the in-laws thread). I just want to look like I am a great cook and I want everything to turn out perfectly.
The menu is....
Garlic Studded Pork Loin Roast
Garlicky Green Beans
Honey Mustard Whipped Mashed Potatoes
?Cloverleaf Rolls
Mocha Pudding Cake for dessert
Thanks so much for your help!

Molli, when I make what I call "cloverleaf rolls" I just use my regular dinner roll recipe, and bake them in a muffin tin. I take the amount of dough that I would use for one roll and break it into 3 pieces, roll into a ball and put into the muffin tin. Then I do the second rise, and then bake.
Maybe this isn't what you are looking for, is it a specific CL recipe?

Molli - I made these, but I used frozen bread dough (Bridgeford) and made the little balls using that. I didn't make the dough specified in the recipe. I guess I did what Lara does. They look nice, but I am not sure they are anything special, but still better than store bought. The next year, I bought Pillsbury cresent rolls, cut a piece of cream cheese and put in on the dough, rolled it up and baked it. They were served with some sort of homemade berry jam and they were really good!
