Hello Phoebe, I just wanted to let you know that I did purchase two paderno pans as a result of your suggestions. Neeless to say I love them. I thought I may have ordered the fry pan to large, 12.5, as I could barely lift it and it seemed larger than my stove top. I do love it and my sauce pan, which I have yet to burn rice in. Thanks again, I really apreciate your advice. Marcia
