I made this tonight. I was thinking the coating would be crispy but it wasn't. I thought it tasted very good. My husband ate some of it and scraped the rest off. We had it on trout instead of the snapper or white fish. There was a definite bite to the coating which I like. I would give this about a 3 1/2 rating out of 5.
