Salty Fried Rice

Tonight my husband made his specialty, fried rice but he must have got excited with the box of salt because that is what it tasted like!! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it before I throw it all in the garbage. I know with the wealth of expertise on this bulletin board I hope I will be able to save it, its awaiting its fate in the fridge right now!

maybe you could add extra rice to it until it balances out - maybe some more veges too.

Thanks Jen for the response last night we revived the rice I made some extra the night before and added it plus the extra veggies, I also added Sesame Oil, Mushroom Soy, and some garlic. My husbands was wowed that we not only saved the rice but that it tasted so good. Thanks for your reply.
