Anyone try the Asian chicken or the roasted lamb with rosemary and wine from the October issue yet? I have both in the freezer and I usually do a roast on Sat or Sun. These are different and was wondering if anyone gave them a go. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have not made either of the roasts myself, but I will vouch for the lamb in that it closely resembles a technique my grandmother always used on her lamb for Easter.

My inclination is that the recipe would be a hit!

A little off the subject, but I was going to make a leg of lamb this weekend. Has anyone tried cooking lamb on the grill, rather than in an oven? I was going to use some rosemary, from my garden, and garlic to season it.
