Need receipe for low-fat dessert

On Nov 26 Chef kathleen Daeleman on Great Chef's of Hawaii (discovery channel) made a delicious low-fat chocolate chip ice cream sandwich from scratch. Did anyone watch it and happen to get the receipe? Please share.

Not sure if you'll find the recipe you are looking for but it looks like they add recipes from time to time.
