I made the Chicken Parmesan and loved it. We think the sauce is very interesting (and tasty).

I thought the chicken parm was okay - nothing spectacualr.
The Maple walnut crisp was quite good. I can't wait to try all of the others!

So far this is what I've tried:

Chicken, Arugula, & Wild Rice Salad w/Sauteed Apples
-this was really easy to make - I prepared all the ingredients, except the rice, earlier in the day so that all i had to do when I got home was cook the rice.
-I loved the flavour of this! I used spinach instead of arugula b/c that's what I had in the house and a wild rice/basmati blend. I'll definitely make this one again.

Kim's Best Pumpkin Bread
-really easy to make
-yummy and moist w/just a hint of pumpkin taste

Spicy Autumn Crisp
-fairly easy to make. The most time-consuming thing is peeling the apples and pears.
-my husband gave this a thumbs-up and he's a big "crisp" man. I really liked the ginger taste you get from the gingersnap topping and the ground ginger inside. This is a keeper.
