Dracula's Revenge

Has anyone made the Dracula's Revenge recipe in the October issue? Do you think kids would eat it? I have a Sausage Linguine recipe I love, and my son loves it too, but it is NOT low fat.

mbeth... I made it and my boy liked it. We also loved it! My husband who is fairly critical about what I make said this was a definite keeper!

Speaking of picky young eaters, what are your tried and true, kid-pleasing (but not the typical junk) recipes?

Both of my boys gobbled this up and it's rare to find things that EITHER of them will eat, much less BOTH of them. There were several reviews of this recipe on a previous thread - you can find it by clicking on search. Some had a problem getting the sauce to thicken - I got it to thicken but slightly curdled the milk in the process! But overall I'd say it was a good recipe.
