Wow! This is terrific and believe me it serves more than 10 people unless you want a really huge piece. 14 seems to me a more realistic number. I made no changes except in method. I did not fold in the Cool Whip, just mixed it in with my mixer. I tried the folding and it just wasn't working. After I put it on the serving platter, I re-dusted the top with about 1/4 cup powdered sugar. This was really EASY to fix too! Got raves from all guests.:D

I am glad to hear that this is good. I was thinking about making this one and the pudding from the same article. Now both have gotten positive reviews, I won't hesitate to make either!

I was thinking about making this too, however, I had a modification idea. Instead of making the angel food cake roll, buy an Entenmann's Fat Free pound cake then slice the cake lengthwise into three layers. Sandwich the chocolate filling (from recipe) between layers of FF pound cake.

I made this last night for a pot-luck party, and I was disappointed. The cream part didn't work very well for me - it seemed too thick - I'm thinking that maybe my chocolate got too hot when it was melting? It was OK, but not a repeater for me. The slices also seemed really big to me - I noticed a lot of people ended up throwing away a half piece, so I might suggest cutting it down the middle as well as slicing it.
