It's probably a little late to be posting a review on this since most everyone's Thanksgiving day leftovers have been devoured, but for future reference, DH and I really enjoyed this pizza! I would probably cut back just a tad on the red pepper flakes next time (just a personal preference--it made it a little too zingy!) but the flavors of the collard greens and fontina cheese melded beautifully and it was definitely a creative way to use up some turkey! With my leftover fontina cheese, I made the polenta with red peppers and fontina cheese, which I always think is a hit!
