I did it!

Thanks to everyone's help, I did it! I made my very first cheesecake last night. It was the Chocolate Mint one with the Oreo cookie crust. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I will never be afraid again. We haven't tried it yet because it is for a dinner party tommorrow night; however, it came out looking great. It set up really well but it did have a few cracks on the top. That's okay though because the article warned me about it so I wasn't disappointed. Thanks again to all who helped.

Congratulations! I am also a little anxious about making cheesecakes, however I love them so I have made it a point to try and learn. How was the cheesecake? I haven't yet tried to make that one. Enjoy!
