Read about this on your Parents/Foodsaver thread. I, too, have elderly parents for whom I supply frozen meals. My Mom has lost her eyesite due to diabetes & my Dad is very limited in his kitchen skills. They make quite a pair when they decide to really "cook" something :) Anyway....a chicken marsala sounds like something they would really like....if you would be willing to share your recipe.
The gladware containers are perfect for meals for them. The cubes hold enough stew or soup for 1 healthy helping for an average person...,which means this is enough for the 2 of them for one meal! The flat divided containers are excellent for a meal w/ more variety. My Dad often tends to over-nuke because they never get anything out the day before to thaw. These containers stand up to his abuse.

Dad: A pie sure would taste good.
Mom: We could make one.
Dad: Where's the recipe.
Mom: In my head.
Dad: Oh Gawd!

Sorry I didn't see this before. Actually this is one of my mom and dad's favorite recipes that I don't have a copy of at home. I try and get it from one of my sisters, so it may take a few days. I think I will go with the Gladware suggestions. Seeing as money can be tight after the holidays, I don't need to be spending money on a foodsaver right now since I really don't have either the counter or freezer space at my place.

Thanks for the reply & the effort you are going to go to for this recipe! The nice thing about the Gladware is that it is re-useable. Dad just has to wash & stack them for me to pick up on my next visit. He can also sort-of see what is in them when he is perusing the freezer. One dish they really like is the Cheesy Chicken Chowder. I mince the potatoes & that way they don't break down upon reheating after being frozen for a month or two.
Again, TIA!
