I posted this over in the food thread as well.
My sister is having gastric bypass surgery on the 19th and I was wondering if anyone on these boards has had the surgery. Specifically, I'm interested in thoughts on food/cooking after and how I can be supportive for my sister. Frankly, I'm feeling very funky about eating around her once she has it.
Also, I would like ideas on foods that she can eat, since I know she won't be able to eat fat, sugar or alcohol.
