baking stollen at same time

I'm making Beth's Christmas Stollen recipe today, and I wonder if it's OK to bake all 4 stollen at the same time - on two separate cookie sheets, one on an upper rack and one on a lower rack. I don't have a lot of experience baking - does it take longer to bake if you do it this way? Is it better to do one cookie sheet at a time?

Unless you have a convection oven, I would not bake all at the same time. A regular oven does not circulate the air so the baking would be uneven even with rotating halfway during the baking time.
